Key Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Employee Relations
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws
Excellent communication skills
Proven conflict resolution abilities
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in HR software systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
Strong ethical standards
Attention to detail
