MP General Supplies Co. Ltd is currently seeking a smart, energetic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and conducting in-depth market research to stay ahead of competitors. This role involves preparing high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and quotations, while actively promoting company products through diverse channels including direct sales, networking events, and modern digital marketing techniques.
The role requires a proactive individual who can manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry follow-ups to closing deals and ensuring exceptional after-sales customer service. Key responsibilities also include coordinating tender opportunities, representing the company at various business meetings, and consistently meeting sales targets to drive company growth. The ideal candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam and will be instrumental in expanding our market footprint through strategic networking and professional representation of the MP General Supplies brand.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, PR, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Sales & Marketing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage corporate clients.
Proven ability to attract new clients and successfully close business deals.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
Experience in conducting market research and performing competitor analysis.
Proficiency in preparing professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Ability to coordinate complex tender opportunities and formal proposal preparation.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly and annual sales targets.
