Mount Merus Hotels is hiring a talented CDP – Cold Kitchen to join our culinary team in Arusha. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality cold kitchen dishes, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to the creative menu offerings at our five-star hotel.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about food, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and dedicated to maintaining the highest hygiene standards in the kitchen. You will work closely with the executive chef to ensure our cold kitchen stations are always running efficiently.

Key Requirements
4–5 years’ hospitality kitchen experience.
Strong knowledge of cold kitchen operations.
Proficiency in food preparation and plating.
Strong understanding of food hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Creative and passionate about culinary arts.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory control.
Attention to detail in presentation.
Safety and sanitation certification.
