The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant operations at Mount Meru Hotel. You will lead the service team to provide world-class guest experiences, manage operational budgets, and ensure that service delivery remains consistent with our five-star standards.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in operational management.
Advanced understanding of restaurant workflow.
Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues.
Strong financial acumen for budget management.
Experience in training and developing service staff.
Flexibility to manage varying shifts and demand.
