RESERVATIONS AGENT @ MOUNT MERU HOTEL
The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests looking to book their stay at our hotel. You will handle inquiries, process reservations, and coordinate closely with the front-office team to ensure a seamless check-in experience for all our guests.
This role requires an outgoing personality, strong sales abilities, and excellent attention to detail. You must be comfortable managing multiple booking channels and ensuring that every reservation inquiry is handled with the professionalism and courtesy that defines the Mount Meru Hotel guest experience.

Key Requirements
Relevant hotel reservations or front-office experience.
Must be familiar with Opera PMS.
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries professionally.
Proficiency in English and Swahili languages.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Attention to detail for room types and rates.
Strong computer skills and phone etiquette.
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
Proactive approach to upselling room categories.
