Key Requirements
5–6 years’ hospitality experience.
Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, revenue reconciliation, and front-office operations.
Experience working with hotel systems such as Opera PMS.
Proven ability to work independently during night shifts.
Strong mathematical and numeracy skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional demeanor and punctuality.
Good understanding of hotel reservation systems.
Ability to resolve guest concerns efficiently.
