INTERNAL AUDITOR @ MOUNT MERU HOTEL
The Internal Auditor will be responsible for reviewing internal controls, identifying operational risks, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies. This role supports effective financial processes by conducting regular audits and providing actionable recommendations to management.
The successful candidate will ensure that all hotel departments adhere to standard operating procedures to maintain the integrity of financial and operational data across the organization.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with a Big Four audit firm.
Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional accounting qualifications or membership will be an added advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and auditing software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong integrity and professional ethics.
Ability to present detailed reports to senior management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of hospitality industry regulations.
