Key Requirements
Hospitality front-office experience.
Strong customer-service and leadership skills.
Opera PMS knowledge required.
Ability to lead and mentor front-desk staff.
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to monitor and improve service standards.
Experience in cash handling and daily reporting.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
