The Executive Housekeeper will lead the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the hotel. This role involves managing a large team, scheduling shifts, overseeing inventory, and ensuring every guest room meets the premium quality expected of a five-star establishment.

You will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience through attention to detail and proactive service management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to inspire the team and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

5–6 years’ experience in a large-inventory hotel. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards. Experience in managing inventory and budget controls. Excellent problem-solving skills for guest inquiries. Ability to train and develop housekeeping staff. Strong understanding of health and safety standards. Experience with hotel PMS for room status updates. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a demanding, high-volume environment.
