The Chief/Senior Accountant oversees all financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation processes. This leadership role ensures that month-end closing procedures are accurate and that all accounting operations comply with local regulations.
The successful candidate will lead the accounting team and provide strategic financial oversight to ensure the hotel's long-term financial health and operational stability.

Key Requirements
7–8 years’ hospitality experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and month-end closing.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional accounting qualifications are preferred.
Extensive knowledge of local tax laws and compliance.
Leadership experience in a financial team.
Proficiency in ERP and accounting software.
Ability to manage complex financial datasets.
Excellent planning and strategic thinking capabilities.
Effective communication with executive leadership.
