Key Requirements
4–5 years’ hospitality bakery experience.
Deep knowledge of baking techniques and food safety.
Proficiency in bread and pastry preparation.
Ability to follow precise recipes and standards.
Strong time management for early shift requirements.
Creativity in dessert presentation and flavor development.
Strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation protocols.
Ability to work effectively within a kitchen team.
Basic understanding of food inventory and ingredient sourcing.
Excellent physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
