ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER @ MOUNT MERU HOTEL
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of supplier invoices, ensuring timely payment processing, and performing detailed reconciliation of vendor accounts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy supplier relationships and accurate financial records within our five-star hotel environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, proficiency in financial record-keeping, and the ability to maintain strong financial controls to ensure the integrity of the department's documentation and processes.

Key Requirements
Relevant hospitality accounting experience.
Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
Strong understanding of financial controls and documentation.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong ethical standards and integrity.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Experience with vendor management.
Strong problem-solving skills regarding billing discrepancies.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
