RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR @ MORENA HOTEL
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Morena Hotel in Dodoma, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining facilities. You will lead the service team to ensure that guests receive high-quality service and that the restaurant maintains its reputation for excellence. Your duties will include staff scheduling, training, monitoring service flow, and ensuring compliance with sanitation guidelines.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Food and Beverage Management or related field
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel restaurant
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene
Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
Excellent communication and training abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
