RESERVATION MANAGER @ MORENA HOTEL
Morena Hotel invites applications for the position of Reservation Manager based in Dodoma. In this role, you will lead the reservations department, overseeing booking processes across various channels and ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement pricing strategies and manage room inventory effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the hospitality market in Tanzania. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service during the booking phase, resolving complex reservation issues, and reporting on performance metrics to senior management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel reservations management
Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Global Distribution Systems
Excellent analytical and forecasting skills for room occupancy
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a small team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in both English and Swahili
