Moneyy Mavan is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our vehicle finance operations across central and east Uttar Pradesh. This leadership role involves managing multiple units and driving branch-level targets to ensure the continued growth of our market share. You will be responsible for overseeing Relationship Managers and Sales Executives, providing them with the necessary guidance and motivation to exceed their sales goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can map out career paths for their team while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. The position covers major districts including Prayagraj, Kanpur, Ayodhya, Sultanpur, Pratapgarh, Lucknow, and Varanasi.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will also be involved in high-level business development and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive and finance sectors. You will participate in strategic planning sessions and report directly to senior management on market trends and branch performance. Key Requirements

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a highly competitive, target-oriented environment. Strategic mindset with the ability to implement effective sales techniques across teams. Proficiency in data analysis to track branch performance and market trends. Expertise in conflict resolution and team motivation to maintain high morale. In-depth knowledge of vehicle finance products and regulatory compliance.
