LOAN OFFICER SUPERVISOR @ MONEYMAX MICROFINANCE
MoneyMax Microfinance is seeking a dedicated and professional Loan Officer Supervisor to join our Lending Department based in Arusha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the loan portfolio, which includes managing loan assessments, guiding approval processes, and ensuring rigorous portfolio monitoring. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our lending standards while fostering strong client relationships to support our mission as a development financial institution.
In this position, you will be instrumental in supporting loan production objectives, ensuring full compliance with our internal lending policies, and mitigating financial or legal risks. By maintaining portfolio quality, you will contribute significantly to the growth of MoneyMax. The salary for this position is TZS 600,000 – TZS 700,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Microfinance, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in Business, Finance, Banking, or Lending.
Proven ability in relationship development and professional client management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications.
Residency as a permanent resident of Arusha with local references.
Ability to prepare detailed financial reports, performance reports, and executive summaries.
Willingness to undergo thorough background checks, credit checks, and police clearance.
Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and community partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct site visits and collateral inspections.
