Mobiserve Telecom and Energy Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Kampala, Uganda. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth within the telecommunications and renewable energy sectors, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, building sustainable partnerships, and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of infrastructure, fiber, and solar energy solutions, coupled with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets. Working under the guidance of the GM and CEO, you will leverage your existing professional network and market expertise to enhance our revenue streams. This is a full-time position dedicated to Ugandan nationals who are ready to take a lead role in a fast-paced and evolving industry environment.

Key Requirements

Ugandan national only. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Business Development. Strong knowledge or experience in Telecom, Infrastructure, Fiber, Solar, or Energy solutions. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and an existing network of contacts in relevant sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term strategic partnerships. Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and lead tracking. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and report directly to the GM/CEO. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive revenue growth.
