Mnada Spesho Auction Mart is a dynamic online auction startup specializing in the sale and auction of electronics and appliances. We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. The primary focus of this role is to expand our customer base by acquiring wholesale and retail buyers for mobile accessories and encouraging users to register and participate in our innovative online auction platform. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for direct sales activities, brand promotion, and user training. You will use your initiative to sign up new users, represent the company at various events and trade shows, and work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. This role offers a performance-based salary and commission structure, providing a great opportunity for high earners who are passionate about the electronics market and digital sales.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales-driven environment.
Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and digital platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Creative thinking and robust problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.
Familiarity with market research tools and modern sales techniques.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
Proficiency in using digital tools and employee onboarding software.
Proactive initiative to sign up new users and train them on website features.
Willingness to attend trade shows and organized sales event activities.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong brand presence both online and offline.
