SITE FOREMAN (1 POSITION) @ MMSS CONSTRUCTIONS LTD
MMSS Constructions Ltd is a growing construction firm headquartered in Nala, Dodoma. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman to provide on-site leadership and oversight for our upcoming construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for daily site operations and will work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution. As a Site Foreman, your daily duties will involve supervising onsite laborers, managing the logistics of construction materials, and ensuring strict adherence to architectural and structural blueprints. You will be expected to maintain a safe working environment, report progress to the Project Manager, and proactively resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process to minimize downtime and material waste. Applicants should be prepared to work in a demanding environment that requires strong organizational and technical skills.

Key Requirements
Must possess a National Vocational Award (NVA) Level 3 in Masonry and Bricklaying OR a Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Civil Engineering/Construction.
Proven experience working as a Site Foreman or Lead Supervisor on building construction sites.
Strong knowledge of masonry work and construction methodology.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective problem-solving skills to manage site-level challenges.
Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
Proficiency in monitoring material, tool, and equipment usage to reduce waste.
Physical stamina to work on construction sites throughout the day.
Strong commitment to health and safety standards on site.
