Key Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in a Human Resources role.
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Deep understanding of local labor laws and employment best practices.
Proven ability to manage recruitment cycles and candidate screening.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle employee grievances.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Capability to maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding employee data.
Experience in administrative duties and office management tasks.
Ability to work effectively within a team and support management objectives.
