WAREHOUSE & ISSUING SUPERVISOR @ MKWAWA LEAF TOBACCO LIMITED (MLTL)
Mkwawa Leaf Tobacco Limited (MLTL) is looking for a professional and experienced Warehouse & Issuing Supervisor to join our operations at our Morogoro facility. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the warehouse functions with maximum efficiency and strict adherence to safety standards. You will be at the heart of our green storage section, managing daily operations, inventory accuracy, and workflow coordination to support our tobacco processing goals.
The successful candidate will lead by example, maintaining precise records, and preparing detailed departmental reports to drive process improvements. You will work closely with other supervisors to coordinate activities across departments, ensuring that all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies are followed diligently. This is a critical leadership role that requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining an orderly and safe work environment for all staff members.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or equivalent.
2-3 years of proven work experience specifically within the tobacco industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong general computer literacy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to prepare accurate, data-driven reports and inventory summaries.
Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and industrial safety standards.
Proven leadership ability to coordinate personnel and assign duties effectively.
Experience in scheduling workflows and monitoring operational efficiency.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in record-keeping.
