SURVEY ASSISTANT (2 POSITIONS) @ MKWAWA-LC
We are seeking two motivated Survey Assistants to support our major hotel construction project in Zanzibar. The successful candidates will assist in land surveying activities, mapping, and site measurements to ensure precise project execution. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in large-scale hospitality infrastructure development.
You will work closely with lead surveyors, ensuring all instruments are maintained and data is accurately recorded. The project environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring individuals who are adaptable and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and site safety.

Key Requirements
Tanzanian national
Relevant academic qualification in Land Surveying or Geomatics
Basic understanding of surveying equipment
Experience in construction site environments
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Good communication skills
Knowledge of safety protocols in construction
Integrity and strong work ethic
Physical stamina for outdoor site work
