SCAFFOLDER (10 POSITIONS) @ MKWAWA-LC
We are looking for 10 Scaffolders to support our ongoing hotel development project. The primary responsibilities include erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures to provide safe access for construction personnel working at heights. You will ensure that all structures are compliant with safety regulations and built according to engineering specifications.
As a Scaffolder, you will prioritize safety above all else, ensuring that every structure is stable and secure for your fellow team members. This position requires someone comfortable with heights and physically capable of handling heavy scaffolding materials. You will work closely with other trades to ensure the project remains on schedule while maintaining the highest safety standards in Zanzibar, Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Relevant trade certification in Scaffolding or equivalent experience
Proven track record in building stable scaffolding structures
In-depth knowledge of safety standards regarding working at heights
Ability to interpret technical instructions and site plans
Excellent teamwork and clear communication skills
Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity
Ability to follow construction site safety guidelines strictly
Working knowledge of scaffold components and safety gear
Tanzanian citizenship or valid work permit
Commitment to maintaining organized and safe work areas
