Key Requirements
Tanzanian national
Professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety supervision
Strong knowledge of safety legislation and site protocols
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong work ethic and integrity
Experience in conducting safety training and inductions
Expertise in incident investigation and reporting
Commitment to safety and quality
