Join a growing team delivering one of Zanzibar's hospitality construction projects. The QA/QC Inspector is tasked with ensuring that all construction works meet the specified quality standards, checking materials, and documenting inspection results during all project phases.
This position is essential for maintaining the structural integrity and quality standards of our hospitality project. You will work closely with site engineers and subcontractors to identify defects, perform site walkthroughs, and ensure that every aspect of the build adheres to national and international construction best practices.

Key Requirements
Tanzanian national
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Relevant trade certifications for QA/QC processes
Previous experience in construction quality control
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong work ethic and integrity
Expertise in material testing and inspection reporting
Commitment to safety and quality
