We are actively seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Construction Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team in Zanzibar, Tanzania. This role is primarily targeted at Egyptian nationals with extensive experience in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work meets quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
As a Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee contract administration. The position requires a professional who is capable of navigating challenging construction environments and delivering high-value infrastructure or building projects. You will be based in Zanzibar, Tanzania, and will play a critical role in our ongoing projects in the region.

Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry
Proven track record in project management and successful project delivery
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices
Proficiency in contract administration and legal compliance
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead and manage large multidisciplinary project teams
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Capability to oversee site activities and ensure health and safety compliance
Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
