We are seeking 10 skilled Painters to join our hotel development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, stains, and other coatings to ensure high-quality finishing touches on all hotel interiors and exteriors. You will play a critical role in the final aesthetic delivery of our development, ensuring all surfaces meet professional construction standards.
Candidates should possess a strong eye for detail and the ability to work safely within a fast-paced construction environment. You will be expected to maintain clean workspace standards and strictly adhere to project timelines. This role is based in Zanzibar, Tanzania, and requires a high level of dedication to craft and safety protocols.

Key Requirements
Relevant trade certification in Painting or equivalent experience
Proven experience with interior and exterior wall finishing
Deep knowledge of paint application techniques and safety standards
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
Physical stamina and health to perform manual labor
Understanding of construction site hazard mitigation
Valid documentation as a Tanzanian national
Reliability and professional work ethic
