FACTORY MANAGER – ELECTRIC CONCRETE POLE MANUFACTURING @ MKWAWA-LC
Mkwawa-LC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Manager to lead our Electric Concrete Pole Manufacturing Plant in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring product quality, driving operational efficiency, and leading a high-performing team. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining production schedules and ensuring that all manufactured electric poles meet international safety and quality standards while contributing to the country's infrastructure growth.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
Knowledge of quality management and workplace safety practices
Experience in precast concrete or construction material industries
Ability to manage production targets and delivery schedules
Competence in implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
Proven ability to oversee preventive maintenance programs
Capability to monitor production costs and prepare operational reports
