ELECTRICAL ENGINEER @ MKWAWA-LC
Mkwawa-LC is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer to play a critical role in our concrete pole manufacturing facility in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be tasked with the oversight and maintenance of high-capacity industrial electrical systems, ensuring that our production machinery operates at peak performance. You will be instrumental in diagnosing complex electrical faults and minimizing downtime, while also working closely with cross-functional teams to improve overall production efficiency.
In addition to operational maintenance, the Electrical Engineer will lead efforts in developing and implementing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all electrical assets, including control panels, motors, and power distribution networks. You will play a key part in the innovation of our manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with strict safety standards and contributing to our commitment to high-quality infrastructure development projects across the region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in electric concrete pole manufacturing.
Expert knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation systems.
Proficiency in maintaining motors, drives, and control systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults.
Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance.
Ability to develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Strong problem-solving mindset and technical analytical capabilities.
