COST CONTROL MANAGER @ MKWAWA-LC
We are looking for an experienced Cost Control Manager to join our team in Tanzania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost management, budgeting, forecasting, project cost monitoring, and financial reporting.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of Managerial experience in cost control within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
The company is Mkwawa-LC and the role is based at the Head Office in Dar es Salaam.
