CIVIL PLANNER @ MKWAWA-LC
We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Civil Planner to join our growing construction team in Tanzania. As a core member of the project management office, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive project schedules for various civil works including roads, water infrastructure, and high-rise developments. You will utilize advanced planning software like Primavera P6 and MS Project to track progress and identify potential delays before they impact the critical path, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with the project timeline.

You will be expected to generate detailed progress reports and develop robust recovery plans to keep projects on track under challenging site conditions. Key Requirements
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction planning and project scheduling.
Strong expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project software.
Proven experience in infrastructure, high-rise, water, roads, or large civil construction projects.
Sound knowledge of project tracking, resource planning, and recovery plans.
Ability to generate detailed progress reporting and analytical project updates.
Proven ability to coordinate with project, procurement, and site execution teams effectively.
African project experience is considered a significant added advantage.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex scheduling problems.
Excellent reporting capabilities and communication skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
