Key Requirements
Tanzanian national
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is preferred
Previous experience in construction industry accounting
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong work ethic and integrity
Expertise in cost analysis and budgeting
