Mkwawa Construction has an opening for two Office Administrators based in Zanzibar. The chosen candidates will handle administrative duties, including managing correspondence, organizing office files, and providing support to the management team. This role is central to the smooth operation of the office, acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required to manage documentation and reports. The administrator will also assist in scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring that administrative processes are followed consistently to support the construction projects and staff effectively.

Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related administrative field
Strong communication and office management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
Ability to manage schedules and coordinate company meetings
Experience in document control and records management
High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize administrative tasks
Knowledge of office equipment operation and maintenance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
