Mireilleglobalhr is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development & Marketing Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This hybrid role involves frequent field visits to clients, focusing on managing a comprehensive range of marketing, sales, and business development activities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, generating qualified leads, and ultimately closing business deals to drive the firm's growth. This position requires a professional who can thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets.
The core responsibilities include overseeing all marketing, sales, and business development functions. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, building and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, and effectively presenting the firm's HR consulting and training solutions to prospective clients. This role also involves preparing compelling proposals, negotiating, and successfully closing business deals, alongside delivering exceptional customer service and account management. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the promotion of the firm's HR training and development services, contributing significantly to its market presence and client acquisition strategies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR consulting firm.
Strong background in Human Resources, specifically with knowledge of Training & Development.
Proven strong customer service and client management skills.
Excellent marketing, sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet targets.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Must currently be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
