MARKETING MANAGER @ MILESTONES SECONDARY SCHOOL
Milestones Secondary School is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our branding and student recruitment efforts. Based in Dar Es Salaam near IPTL, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our new school and drive admissions for our January 2027 intake. This is a high-impact role requiring creativity and strategic thinking.
You will work closely with school leadership to communicate our unique value proposition, particularly our focus on the Cambridge curriculum. Your duties will include organizing open days, managing public relations, and building relationships with prospective families and community partners. We are looking for an individual who is results-oriented and has a deep understanding of the educational market in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
Successful track record in student recruitment and admissions management.
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills to build community relations.
Strong digital marketing skills, including email marketing and social media.
Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
Ability to design and execute creative marketing materials and events.
Experience in budget management and marketing ROI analysis.
Knowledge of the Tanzanian education landscape and parent demographics.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet enrollment targets.
