We are seeking a versatile Digital, Content & School Information System Manager to join Milestones Secondary School near IPTL, Dar Es Salaam. This role is essential for modernizing our educational delivery and managing our digital presence. You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our School Information System (SIS), ensuring that data is managed securely and efficiently for both staff and parents.
Beyond technical management, you will also lead our content strategy, creating digital assets that reflect the school's values and academic achievements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative content creation, and project management. As we prepare for our opening in 2027, you will ensure our digital infrastructure is robust and our communication channels are effective.

Key Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Digital Communications.
Experience managing School Information Systems (SIS) like PowerSchool or similar.
Strong skills in digital content creation, including video, graphics, and copy.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and school websites.
Knowledge of data protection regulations and IT security best practices.
Ability to provide technical support and training to non-technical staff.
Experience with digital marketing tools and SEO strategies.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with educational software and e-learning platforms.
Excellent creative thinking and visual communication skills.
