DEPUTY HEAD @ MILESTONES SECONDARY SCHOOL
The new Milestones Secondary School is looking for a dedicated Deputy Head to support the Head of School in managing daily operations and maintaining high standards of discipline and academic performance. Located near IPTL, our school aims to provide a premier learning environment, and the Deputy Head will play a critical role in student welfare and staff coordination. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or School Administration.
Proven experience as a Deputy Head or in a similar administrative capacity.
Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and assessment standards.
Strong skills in student behavioral management and pastoral care.
Experience in staff performance monitoring and professional development.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff.
