Key Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a specialized subject area.
At least 7 years of experience in academic leadership within a secondary school.
In-depth understanding of Cambridge International examinations and standards.
Experience in designing and implementing academic policies and curricula.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting academic data and student results.
Expertise in pedagogical best practices and modern teaching methodologies.
Excellent leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse academic team.
Ability to conduct workshops and professional development for teachers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven ability to manage academic schedules and resources effectively.
