We are seeking a strategic Revenue Manager to optimize our hotel's financial performance at MILEO The Palm. You will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, managing inventory, and analyzing market trends to maximize revenue across all segments. This role requires a data-driven approach to identify growth opportunities and ensure competitive positioning in the vibrant Palm Jumeirah market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
Extensive experience in revenue management within the Dubai hotel market.
Proficiency in revenue management software and Excel.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
Experience in demand forecasting and pricing strategy development.
Understanding of distribution channels and OTA management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work strategically with Sales and Marketing teams.
Proven track record of achieving RevPAR and GOP targets.
Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term profitability.
