GUEST RELATION AGENT @ MILEO THE PALM
We are looking for a dedicated Guest Relation Agent to enhance the guest experience at MILEO The Palm. You will serve as a key ambassador for the hotel, ensuring that every guest feels valued and their expectations are exceeded. From coordinating special celebrations to managing feedback, your goal is to foster long-term loyalty and create memorable stays for our discerning clientele.
In this role, you will work closely with the Front Office and Concierge teams to provide high-touch service. MILEO values innovation and genuine connection, providing you with a platform to showcase your hospitality skills in one of Dubai's most distinctive lifestyle hotels located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah.

Key Requirements
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in guest relations within a 5-star hotel.
Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
Proficient in MS Office and hotel software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse guest backgrounds.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
Attention to detail in managing VIP amenities and special requests.
Passion for delivering refined luxury and vibrant experiences.
