Key Requirements
Proven experience in procurement, specifically related to IT equipment and software.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a procurement role.
Experience working within an Internet Service Provider (ISP) environment is highly advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of various IT hardware, systems, and networking equipment.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and specialized procurement software systems.
Ability to accurately prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and detailed quotations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and supplier engagement.
Analytical ability to monitor market trends and implement cost-saving strategies.
