SALES OFFICER @ MIGSAM SAFARIS
Migsam Safaris is currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Officers to join our growing travel and tourism team. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing and selling customized safari and travel packages that provide unforgettable experiences for our global clientele. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring that every aspect of the client's journey is managed with precision and professionalism.
In this role, you will be expected to maintain high standards of service, coordinate complex logistics with our internal operations teams, and build lasting relationships with our customers. Key Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Tourism, Travel, or Hospitality.
Excellent knowledge of Safari Circuits and Destinations in Tanzania.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking platforms.
Strong organizational skills for preparing itineraries and invoices.
Ability to manage logistics and work with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong attention to detail for handling permits and client records.
Ability to work full-time in Arusha, Tanzania.
Professional attitude with a commitment to high-quality travel standards.
