AUTOMATION MANAGER (PART-TIME, REMOTE) @ MID CONSTRUCTION
Mid Construction is seeking a dedicated Automation Manager to join our dynamic team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving our business efficiency by developing and executing a robust automation strategy that aligns with our overarching organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-impact process automation opportunities using technologies such as RPA, AI, and Machine Learning to streamline workflows across various departments. Pay: $6–$7 per hour.
In addition to technical execution, you will lead cross-functional projects from the initial planning stages through to deployment, ensuring that all solutions are high-quality and compliant with regulatory standards. Key Requirements
Experience in automation, RPA, or process improvement
Strong project management and team leadership skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Ability to lead cross-functional automation projects from planning to deployment
Proficiency in documenting requirements and designing optimal automation solutions
