Key Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience in marketing operations or event management.
Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin to facilitate international communication.
Previous experience working within the Financial Services or FinTech industry is required.
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute high-impact brand activations.
Strong organizational skills with an execution-focused mindset.
Creative thinker capable of developing unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in data analysis to derive insights for marketing strategy.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage both online and offline marketing activations effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
