MOTORCYCLE DRIVER @ MGAS
Mgas, a leading cooking gas distribution company, is seeking dedicated Motorcycle Drivers to join its expanding team in Dar es Salaam. The primary responsibility of this role is the efficient delivery of cooking gas cylinders to domestic customers and the proactive identification of new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. This position is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy field work and interacting with customers on a daily basis.
The company offers a competitive package including a monthly salary of TZS 400,000 plus performance-based bonuses. Employees are provided with all necessary tools for the job, including a motorcycle, fuel, a mobile phone with a data plan, and official uniforms. Additionally, the role comes with a one-year employment contract and comprehensive health insurance coverage for the employee and their family. Candidates are expected to report for an interview at the Mgas office located on Uporoto Street, behind the Vodacom building in Morocco.

Key Requirements
Must have completed at least Form IV secondary education.
Possess a valid and up-to-date motorcycle driving license.
Demonstrated ability to identify and attract new customers.
Must have a National Identification Authority (NIDA) card or NIDA number.
Proven experience in safe motorcycle operation within busy urban environments.
Ability to adhere to a one-year fixed-term employment contract.
Must be punctual and able to attend the morning interview session as scheduled.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with household customers.
Familiarity with the streets and routes of Dar es Salaam, specifically the Morocco area.
Commitment to maintaining the company-provided motorcycle and equipment.
Ability to handle and transport gas cylinders safely and professionally.
