Key Requirements
Demonstrated real-world installation experience with solar PV systems.
Proficiency in designing high-performance PV + LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) systems.
Hands-on ability to commission solar energy installations from start to finish.
Technical degree or diploma in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Deep understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations within Tanzania.
Experience with battery management systems (BMS) and energy storage solutions.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex solar power systems in the field.
Strong project management skills to handle high-impact energy projects.
Passion for clean energy and a commitment to powering communities sustainably.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and community stakeholders.
