We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Kigoma. This role focuses on the strategic sales and distribution of our high-quality fertilizer products throughout the region, requiring a professional who can effectively build relationships with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, maintaining existing customer accounts, and meeting ambitious sales targets. As a member of our team, you will represent the metl brand, ensuring that our products are positioned competitively while providing excellent support to our diverse client base in the Kigoma region.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
Proven experience in sales and marketing activities
Strong background in customer service
Ability to work independently within the Kigoma region
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in agricultural market dynamics
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
High level of integrity and professional reliability
Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
