RECEPTIONIST @ METAVIEW
MetaView is looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office in Cube Building, Masaki. In this role, you will manage our front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming inquiries, and ensure that all guests receive a warm and efficient welcome. Your role is vital in maintaining the professional image of our company.
In addition to front-office duties, you will support administrative tasks, manage communications, and assist in maintaining an organized office environment. Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or any related field
Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili
Proven experience in customer care service roles
Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front Desk position is an added advantage
Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
