QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) @ METAVIEW
METAVIEW is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality. You will play a pivotal role in project financial management, cost estimation, and the administration of construction contracts.
As a Quantity Surveyor at METAVIEW, you will be working from our office located at the CUBE Building in Masaki. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to prepare accurate cost estimates, manage project expenditures, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of maintaining rigorous industry standards while contributing to the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4-6+ years of specialized experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying.
Mastery of estimation software such as Glodon.
Proficiency in advanced Excel data analysis.
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry construction standards.
Proven ability to manage project budgets and cost tracking.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage contracts and administrative duties effectively.
