METAC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site operations for villa projects in Dubai. You will be the primary lead for all site-based activities, ensuring that construction is proceeding according to plan, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves managing labor, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize productivity and efficiency. You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the construction site and resolving any operational challenges that arise.
The Construction Manager must have extensive experience in ground-up villa construction and a deep understanding of site logistics. You will work closely with project managers to ensure that resources are utilized effectively and that the project moves toward completion within the designated timeframe. This is a hands-on leadership position for a construction professional with over 15 years of industry experience.

Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction site management.
Strong background in overseeing large-scale villa developments.
Experience in managing large labor forces and diverse subcontractors.
In-depth knowledge of site safety protocols and quality standards.
Proven ability to manage site logistics and equipment scheduling.
Strong problem-solving skills for daily operational challenges.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with local site requirements.
